What happens during the session?
After you book your session we swing into action. You’ll complete a simple questionnaire and make a note of any times and places you panic. This enables us to design your treatment specifically for you, based on what you have experienced in the past and how you want to be in the future.
Throughout, you will be relaxed, comfortable and safe. We will look at the times you’ve panicked in the past and will gently guide through the powerful techniques to enable you to potentially remove your fear from its roots. We will also give you powerful resources that you can use at any time to make sure you’re calm and in-control. It’s possible to feel the way you used to in the past before you panicked.*
