You’ll still have the memory. But, the easily triggered intensity won’t be there. We help you leave it where it belongs – in the past.*
We can help you manage your emotions to help you feel better.* Some emotions – such as inappropriate anxiety, worry or desire – can cause problems such as overeating and compulsive behaviour. Traumatic events may also make you feel sad, scared or hurt.
We help empower you by giving you psychological tools you need to help you control these negative emotions. We then help you build up the positive emotions you do want and need.*
