The past 12 months have brought seismic changes to all our lives. In the wake of the pandemic, anxiety and panic attacks and the various other treatments I specialise in are, sadly, affecting more people more deeply than ever before.
The way I work with my clients has shifted dramatically too. These days, the bulk of my sessions take place online. The question I’m asked time and again is: does it work? Can hypnotherapy have the same outcome in a virtual space as a physical one?
The simple answer is yes.
- Yes, you’ll receive the same hypnotherapy experience and expertise from the comfort of your home as you would if you visited me in my office.
- Yes, you can expect to have/you’ll have exactly the same results online as you would in person.
- And yes, those results will happen within exactly the same timeframe. Most clients feel significantly better within just one-to-two sessions.
I specialise in treating issues around anxiety, such as fear of public speaking and panic attacks – as well as trauma, phobias and bad habits, such as smoking. I became a hypnotherapist following a successful 16-year career in media. On paper I was doing well. I was also suffering from trauma – and that led to a bad habit I was unable to resolve on my own.
Hypnotherapy helped me deal with those issues and the experience was so profound I began my own training a year later, in 2007, driven by a desire to release others from the issues and behaviours troubling them, just as I had been.
Why work with me?
Put simply, hypnotherapy online works. I believe in rapid, effective outcomes & have hundreds of private testimonials from clients that I’ve successfully treated all over the world, including such high-profile figures as former Olympian Dame Kelly Holmes.
