    Justin Timberlake has been in London’s O2 playing sold out gigs. His set’s are pretty energetic, so it’s a good thing he doesn’t smoke any more! He allegedly stopped smoking with hypnotherapy:

    If you smoke 20 a day, you’re burning just over £50 a week. Ironically, that’s the price of a ticket to see him play in London. And if he’s not your bag, imagine all of the cool stuff you could do with an extra £2,750 every year. That’d be some pay rise, right? You could probably do most things you want to do in London this year and it not ‘cost’ you anything as a result of the saving you made through stopping smoking.

And if you’re going to stop, it’s my experience that only clients who are massively motivated are more likely to stop*.  That may sound like the bleeding obvious, however, if people are being nagged to stop, they are more likely to do the exact opposite. Just think, if say to you don’t think of a blue tree, what did you just do? The same goes for when people ask/order us to do something, we are compelled to do the complete opposite.
